Read again what I wrote in #11307 and #11309 !

I explained it all there. The 268% is NOT from beginning to end of his tenure, but encompasses a period measured beginning shortly after the RS and ending around the mid 2011( sorry, it wasn't a 1,5 years period as I previously claimed!), but the peak of $6 was reached after about 7 or 10 months respectively.

The exact measure points were:

$1.61 Oct 6th 2010
$5.92 May 10th 2011

Gain: 268%

or measured from a few days after the RS:

$2.00 Juli 1st 2010
$5.92 May 10th 2011

Gain: 196%

Until Feb 2012 the SP was pretty volatile, but returned to about $5 before sinking to $3 after Damaj's departure and another 30% collapse of the SP followed quickly.

The bottom line is, that Damaj was far from a total failure at APRI. He had to fight delisting from NASDAQ in the first months of his tenure and was forced to apply an RS as the company was deep in water.

Look what his successors did with this stock. Even after another 1/10 RS, the SP is now at a deplorable $1.36! Also compare the present market cap of around $17.5M with a market cap of up to $100M under Damaj.
