August 15,16--The heat has returned. And the humidity. It has shut me down. I didn't clear weeds Tuesday morning, or today. The heat has killed some of the youngest brassica seedlings in the beds. There is no point in transplanting more until the heat wave runs its course.

I did make the bus trip to Renfrow Hardware for seeds. I went back to the nicest bus stop in North Carolina with America spinach, Dwarf Blue Curled Scotch kale, Florida Broadleaf mustard green, Danvers #126 carrot, Georgia collard, and Southern mustard green.

I returned to the farm to feed CC the Calico Cat and gave her some attention. Jack returned one of the Ball jars. I picked a bunch of peppers and brought them home.

Maybe I will get up early, take the bus to Harvey's for more jars.

This is one heck of an August heatwave.

The Nasdaq's third tier, the AMEX can be just as bad, and last but not least, the OTC, it seems, are financial venues that reward failure.
