UPDATE FROM FRANCINE:


I was in error - the phone message was not from
the Receiver. It was sent by Francine.

I spoke directly with her and she said that the
" Settlement " was for BRWC to voluntarily file
for Receivership and that it was our Attorney
and her who decided on the Receiver
- Somerset Capital Ltd - because it has
a history of restructuring Companies and/or
finding Buyers, and not of liquidating Companies.

Francine also said that the Receiver has to Report
to the JUDGE all offers by Buyers and its Plans
for BRWC before the Judge approves any
Sale, Restructuring or Liquidation. Francine also
said that she gave to the Receiver a list of Parties
she thinks is interested in buying BRWC.

The BRWC bottling facility is still operating and
bottling water.

Francine also said that a Copy of the JUDGE' S
Order can be obtained by texting or emailing her.
