BLTA has always been a pump and dump. The company has a long history of filing false and misleading press releases and falsified financial reports to sell billions and billions of BLTA shares to unsuspecting investors. Now BLTA is maxed out at 10 Billion shares outstanding. 10 Billion shares is a lot of paper, and without any financial disclosure from BLTA, those 10 billion shares outstanding are backed up by nothing but false hope.
