You're right.I have spoken with Bob several times and it is my understanding they have no cash and continue to search for an investor.
It is also my understanding they have accumulated lots of debt from toxic lenders that needs to be paid and would show up on the balance sheet...For those reasons I doubt if they are in any hurry to bring financials to date.
