IS_RB I think something big might be happening soon. Got nearly 100k vol and keeps getting bought up. A judge took over the shell with RM experience. 11mil OS. Judge putting out takeover 8k and form 3 today.


This once started out high dollars but fell over the years. Float appears still very small. Only traded this much a couple times and one of the times it was 7.00+

If more buying continues then its prob going .20s but will see.
