Don't forget Dan signed off on the SRSR/Nio Star corporate books in 2014 so he agreed to them at that time.

Then Dan got sued by his sister and the NY DOL and changed his story.

SRSR is dark cause Dan has put huge debt on it for his 'work'. He doesn't wan to make it public. The only thing he wants to make public is his scam pumps info.


It won't matter at the next shareholders meeting Dan's debt will never be approved by the shareholders.
