Has the shares, that were exchanged via the merger back in May been registered? The merger doc/PDF says they are not, hence not eligible to trade on US Markets or was that in reference to Cosmos acquiring all of Lee Tat's shares and they are not tradable?

Has there been any plans here since the merger with this shell??? Looks like we acquired all of LEE Tat issued and outstanding shares. Anyone know the amount of that?
