Believe you about what? He makes yet another vague statement about profitability. The prior CEO had over 5 years to turn a profit and never got close. We still don't have the 10K and the next 10Q. There is a chance that they've put out a ton more shares on the market. We know that they were already mired in debt and now owe the Marley family $2.4 million.

How exactly is he going to turn this ship around, when they lost Mother Parkers and the 8,000 stores that the coffee used to be sold in, not to mention the Marley name?
