the $2.7 million order press release was false and misleading

What certification?

That is not going to happen for years, if ever


There is no debt, all of 2017 production target is sold out and now booking into 2018. Waiting on certification in the next 1 to 6 weeks then installation can begin. Load up time under a buck IMO.
