Link below to When filings are due 2017, imo if hcti went dark there would be no reason to file anything, I'm sure with all the pissed off people here the SEC has already been notified and nothing has been said or done
With that, imo, the waters are pleasent, just off limits at the moment. The beach will open soon with epic waves to ride.
