yes Big I agree to - if it was already done that would explain why there was insider buying in 2015 and then the Mirus pr in dec 2015 - I understand once an insider knows certain info like they have a buyer ect ... then they cannot buy their own stock anymore. Mirus also engages in M&A - this of course is all speculation , but there is a lot more here that says this is a good buy - we will see
