We sustained our positive business performance in the first quarter, working efficiently to advance our lead drug candidate CaPre towards initiation of our planned Phase 3 program in patients with severe hypertriglyceridemia, an indication that is significantly undertreated," said Jan D'Alvise, president and CEO of Acasti.
