I agree earlylight.

DIS is taking their entire offering away from NFLX to stream themselves. NFLX has been spending like crazy- all on the come for outside the US, and plans to double its spending in the upcoming year. Problem is, "everyone" is getting into streaming- Amazon, YouTube, Google, facebook, etc.
