It appears HESG's ex-CEO, Tom Gaffney, is still selling pizza on the beach. It seems like just yesterday that the SEC filed complaints against Thomas Gaffney and Health Sciences Group, Inc. for engaging in a fraudulent scheme involving the company's stock. The scheme involved illicit kickbacks to encourage the purchase of HESG stock, and phony agreements to mask those kickbacks.
