What is there to get? I was just on the last conference call in the queue and was intentionally blocked from asking questions. Should of used an alias and called in with a different number, but I thought Jason had some integrity (dead wrong there).

While I am no longer a shareholder myself, (wish I held onto my shares a few more days to take advantage of the day trader bounce, which honestly I did not anticipate) I have several family members that still have some shares, so I have still been following the company to some extent.

These guys are the definition of scumbags and now we all know that Doug is nothing more than a glorified snake oil salesman (Kudos to you Jalase, you had him pegged before most of us truly caught on). If this call proved anything its that Doug knows the jig is up and these guys are simply going to salvage whatever they can for themselves. Like a few of you aptly pointed out, these guys, it seems, have already moved on and don't seem to give two sh*ts about attracting new investors (not that I would expect anyone to invest in this company under the current circumstances) or clarifying anything to shareholders, pretty much par for the course for them anyway.

Wasn't surprised at all to hear about the news that Doug was sued for assaulting an uber driver. Had Doug explode on me several times when speaking to him on the phone for simply questioning him about his compensation and bonuses, It was obvious he has some anger issues (he also threatened to leave the company in November when his contract expires several times, because it was too stressful for him :( ...true story). I wish the uber driver the best of luck in his case...seriously, wonder if they have a gofundme page setup.

Lastly, if anyone cares or is wondering, the reason I suddenly starting posting after being a shareholder for several years is because I had a long phone conversation with Dolphinsmike, who essentially confirmed many of my concerns about Doug, his character, and the real status of the company behind the scenes, basically that these guys didn't have any real idea what they were doing, and had no idea how to communicate with shareholders or run a publicly traded company, sadly, he turned out to be spot on. It was that conversation that drove me to start posting and shed some light on who Doug really was outside the lip service he gives on the CCs. The comments I would read on this board sometimes about Doug being a fighter and having a strong resolution directly contradicted what he said in some of our phone conversations (Threatening to walk away from the company after tanking the share price and awarding himself insane bonuses).

Best of luck to anyone still left on this board and at least now we all know for a fact that shareholders mean absolutely nothing to Doug and the rest of the MARA team. A word to the wise for anyone actually thinking about investing in this shell of a company....DONT!
