This makes me think of karma.....in the case of vplm... for all the lack of info, in general, provided by vplm to shareholders over the years, but most especially, for their failure to provide any warning, rhyme or reason, for the out of the blue scrapping of the plan they had in place as a vsp & as a vsp who then acquired the patent application suite (ie, scrapped it all & instead put it all up for sale).... <"did not explain its decision and did not provide any guidance">......
Yes, I understand that the whole ptab patent destruction thing is not a vplm issue only, nevertheless I can't help but see the karma in their case.
