If they own 2,251 bitcoins at $4,300 per real time quote the value of the bitcoins alone here would be $9,600,000.

If the SOS at Nevada was maxed out at 3.8 billion shares, which I doubt it is, you still have a:

$9.6M/3.8B = $0.0025 PPS.
