So I hit the nail pretty close to the head on the extinguishment of debt when I said about 70M shares.

As for the performance this quarter, if you take operating income and add back interest expense you get essentially $0 net income, which is good given where we have come from. With no debt or interest expense going forward (assumption since this was a subsequent event and they haven't provided a balance sheet in order to see clearly) we will see breakeven for this company with 5% gains q over q until we get the next catalyst, either ez deal or early 2018 market expansion.

The big questions for me now are 1) what do ez's financials look like and how many shares will be issued to close the deal and when. Looking forward to learning more about their financials and how the companies will be combined. And 2) how do they intend to back up their statement from a few weeks back on uplisting, maintaining a share price above $.01, especially given the fact that pink sheet day traders are able to move this stock down 10% with just a few thousand dollars per day.
