Mastercard's print card trial in Africa is using a card that doesn't need a battery and uses the power already in the reader. However SMME's card is super secure because it only uses the print to turn it on, then use of the PIN is activated. Just hasn't caught on, but it's the cat's meow and is double secure before it even gets out the gate. I think it will be the clear leader as it's pluses are seen by the market. But I could be wrong. We will see.
