flaflyersfan, apologies in that I'm not the member who you addressed this to, but can answer your question. there are two places that filings show up for publically traded companies. EDGAR is the federal and is the most important and thus gets the biggest reaction in the market such as Friday July 28 for AHFD. Here is the link for AHFD
https://www.sec.gov/cgi-bin/browse-edgar?CIK=0001477472&owner=exclude&action=getcompany&Find=Search
At the state level wherever the company has business license filings are also required. In the past for AHFD, it was California, then Nevada, and now Wyoming. Here is the link for AHFD in Wyoming
https://wyobiz.wy.gov/Business/FilingDetails.aspx?eFNum=186031170184045204138184166043171089231241157236
click under "History" for filings. In the last filings with AHFD, I was some what surprised in that when the exact same filings were posted in Wyoming, a full week earlier than EDGAR Friday July 21 stock barely moved.
