I think there are may options with regard to the BOD. Technically they could replace Rice with an independent and have 2 out of 3 independent. If they add 2 independents then they would have 3 out of 5. They could add 2 and replace Rice with Ivan and have 3 out of 5. I don't remember if 2 out of 4 meets the independent requirement.

I'm not trying to figure it out now because too many variables with the potential for acquiring the 3 other companies and how the BOD may evolve in shape and size.

They have a month to give the SEC their plan and middle of January to implement.
