Absolutely.. two important comments that were noted from IR, 1) it was anticipated that the O/S would remain under 100mil for the note clean up process and 2) that there was potential of a friendly to buy up the old toxic notes. Now the last 10Q saw progress only up to 5/31 but we saw toxic notes due to convert at .003 paid off even though it cost Parsons $40,000 in pre payment penalties.. what does that tell me? Parsons could have easily let those notes convert on us and not have spent the extra $40,000 but he had absolutely no intention of jacking up the O/S on us.. i think the real magic happened from 5/31 to now.. with the issuance of shares to Eagle equities i believe that signaled the completion of the old notes clean up and more than likely the end of toxic note dilution.. of course some of the old notes converted, thats a given.. Parsons did one hell of a job cleaning old managements mess and all while coordinating the aquisition of RAD.. he deserves a hell of alot of credit for all of this while many have criticized him.. the OMVS shell was a great target even with the old notes considering RAD will benefit substantially tax wise from the $3.5 mil NOL it also contains :) keep in mind we are a rare OTC SEC filer AND audited.. anyone who knows anything about these auditors knows how much power they have and the delays they cause with their red tape.. in regards to share price as computerbux pointed out.. even using a conservative PE multiple of 20 or 25 and a conservative profit margin of 20% every $100 mil in contracts in worth $9.00 per share at our current 87mil OS.. let that sink in for a second.. hell Roomba sells robot vacuums and their PE multiple is like 45-50! Given the progress RAD is making and the distributors we are signing up I wouldnt be surprised to see us end the year in the $40-$50 million dollar range, conservatively.. next year the sky is the limit in regards to revenue and share price.. by years end i would be very happy with $5-$7 dollars per share but it could be much more.. one important thing to note is that 87 million share OS is not alot.. and as the price rises we will have liquidity issues with trading just like we had when the OS was only 17mil.. i fully expect forward splits.. Regards DL
