I don't give a damn about who goes to jail and who doesn't. The point is that Keevil is no longer running the show here. Dan is at the helm.

If Keevil were still CEO then discussion of the past would be relevant but since he is not, the only relevant topic is current management and what they are or are not doing to increase shareholder value
Dan's record so far sucks big time. The stock is almost worthless now. Until shareholders and traders get that part of it right they will be perennial losers.
