I don't see anything in the Verizon and StraightPath petitions to deny that is going to slow things down for either Verizon or AT&T or 5G. The FCC in it's NPRM set up MM Wave Spectrum Caps(Very Generous Ones) that are to prevent one from accumulating too much MM Wave Spectrum. No one can tell at this point how much is too much but there are other bands than the 28 and 39. If Facebook or Amazon or Google went out and bought up some other band and petitioned the FCC for mobile use and charted a buildout then equipment would come. The race to 5G has to start somewhere and don't you think it makes sense that Verizon and AT&T(Approximately 125M-150M Wireless Connections Each and huge backbone of infrastructure) are going to be tasked with making it happen. CCA is simply justifying their paycheck but who else is going to pump in the capital spending to give 5G the wind in it's sails that it needs?
