We have written about CELH valuation issues in the past. The stock has always come down from overvalued levels. We don't see things being any different this time.

Also, we do not look at valuation from a level of the current number of shares outstanding, but from the level of share structure on a fully-diluted basis. The convertible notes that CDS owns and option grants that can be exercised must also be taken into consideration.

There is a HUGE DIFFERENCE between the two in the case of CELH.
