AT&T and Verizon will make some concessions and throw a chicken bone to the CCA but they are not going to get in the way or slow down 5G and the jobs it will bring. 5G went from 2022 to having a scaled back version launched in 2018. The two companies that can make this happen the best are ATT and Verizon. The primary 3rd player will be the cable companies and some type of merger or deal with Sprint and/or Tmobile.
