I am by no means an expert but I think it would be safe to say yes. It is extending the signal from the Telco's Base Station, into your home so in that sense it is a small or mini base station, in your home, purely cellular. Whereas many of the other solutions simply tie you into your Internet connection at home through your WiFi router. SureCall used to be like that but I just looked at them again and it's a bit scary, looks like they are now a full cellular network extender. And I think they are a private company, not public. But again, their setup looks a little more complex than the simplicity of 5Barz.

Again, go back to the same video, the luncheon in Barcelona and listen to Naresh Soni, it starts around the 14 minute mark right after Danny introduces him.

And I agree with you, I am surprised that we have not heard any success stories from Vodafone, Bharti Airtel, and Kaynes have not released any news that they have rolled out the first router, nothing.

And I think the stock is just being artificially held at around the .04 mark. Everytime it drops a small token purchase is made to boost it back up. But there is no real buying and selling going on.
