I have been here long enough that I can say with good probability that 31 Group/Magna most likely does not own any more shares. Previously they would convert and sell their shares almost immediately after the conversion notes were inked.

Plus that famous BROKER that they would sell thru has not been on this stock since the merger.

Financials would help confirm all of this.
