They've stated they are planning to file on time going forward. This is very much alongside their goals of uplisting to higher OTC status. This is coming from Jack Rein. I don't doubt they are trying as they've shown so far the fruits of their labor and we've reaped the rewards. I just want he EZ deal to close but I get it...it's time consuming and it all depends on the lawyers and how quickly all the intellectual property can be transferred over.
