I am disgusted at how long its taken for a final deal. They were close to a deal and entering an agreement back in Dec 2016. I am getting tired of , "sooooooo close almost there" I really thought the "deal finalized" was going to be "this P.R." so now I don't see us getting another P.R. until the end of the year.

They are saying another month from now "negotiations" so I expect negotiations to take at least min a month, so that would be mid october looking at any substantial P.R. but knowing Russel he has a history of December with P.R.'s

I expect a final announcement at the latest by then, so if you can stomach waiting another 3-4 months than I would hope that would be the final agreement and should be well worth the deal. This "so close to agreement" is getting a bit old now. I still think one could leave NEIK now and still get back in at ,02 or so before this hits it big.
