Always the optimist Jbog...

Any delay increases the risk of competition.

Worse though is delays lost opportunity cost of of roughly $250-$300 million to MNTA for 6 mos. Then add ATM dilution.

But rest assured that mgmt will hit all their performance bonus targets.
