Can't see the PPO/ADX lines on that one, what charting software are you using? I personally don't look for those values to reach any particular "magic number" levels, but rather look for those two lines to start showing a divergence apart after squeezing together. I do like to see the Trix 3 switching from negative positive as well as the 48CCI to get over -100. Here's a few recently picked up:
