Do some folks good to read that release again... especially this part.

The offering is subject to market conditions, and there can be no assurance as to whether or when the offering may be completed, or as to the final size or terms of the offering.

Hell they may not even make the offering if the conditions they are looking for dont come up. Then all we get is a great buying opportunity.
