The next redirect will come out of N. Korea and Ung Flung Poo will say that they will start firing nukes unless the sanctions are lifted.

This is when you'll know that the sanctions are starting to turn the screws IMO.

I don't know why the Chinese just don't tell him that he either scraps the nukes or China will end his rein.

That's the easiest way out.
