Annual report or quarterly Report...or both?

In the late filing they have 5 days to present a quarterly report and the box is checked for a quarterly report.....HOWEVER...the date they put on the report for anticipated filing is 08/19/2017....

Which is....over the 5 day limit the exchange gives them for a quarterly report. It is however under the 15 day extension limit given for an annual report.

So...Are we going to see both quarterly and annual reports , or one by monday and onother before the 19th.

In one of those ot both, will there be discussion on what The $700,000 will be used for and further direction of the company.

As far as stock price we continue to see flushing out at low prices...for quick gain on news soon?

Something is moving forward ...almost time to buy at the ask..lol
