Believe me I share you frustration. As investors we want a return on our investment as quickly as possible.

Its hard to explain at the moment how the company will be structure once the dust settles however what I do know is Medican Enterprises mother company and will be very diversified with a few different companies under it's umbrella (Including the Mobiweb Network). This will include MMJ,Hemp Products(NON THC), Entertainment and racing. I haven't heard anything about the public company (MDCN) changing it's name or the ticker changing.

In regards to your question of the share structure changing I think it would be very unlikely you would see the company retire any shares. I think you would more likely see a reverse split once everything is finalized. The company has 30 billion shares outstanding which makes it very diluted and thus will cause the stock never to rise to a level that we would all like to see. If the company does a 10/1 reverse split which would bring the outstanding shares down to 3 billion, I believe with a couple positive earning calls you could see the stock well over a dollar.

Personally I believe Ken fraudulantly obtained shares by awarding them to himself which is illegal without a board of directors approval. In some of Ken's SEC filings he seconded his own motions. (how is that legal think about it). If gained the shares illegally then not only can he go to jail but also they can be stripped from him for fraud.
