From Kimmies crap report.
===========================================================
As of September 30, 2013, the United Western Bank receivership had a negative net worth of $346,978,000

The secured claims total approximately $13,640,099.60 and the unsecured claims total approximately $38,928,888.95, including priority claims
===========================================================
Included in the $38,928,888.95 of unsecured claims, is the FDIC claim for (Claim #28) $4,847,000.00 ( that being the ITR )

Why didn't the FDIC file a claim for the losses it incurred when UWB was placed into receivership.

If the Bank and the Holding Co. are truly two separate entities, then where did the $346,978,000 in debt come from for the holding co.

If our net worth improved $178,838,000--- then minus the claims
$38,928,888=$139,909,112 which equals about $4.75 per from the sale of the NOLs
