The company filed a one page corporate annual report with the local state office last month. However, it did not file SEC reports or other reports with financial information. Based on a phone call to someone representing the company, the company is trying to complete a license deal for its technology. They have little or no cash to build them or hire auditors to upgrade to a reporting company. If successful with any license agreement,the company plans to file with the SEC (maybe S1 document) and be more transparent. The one page report showed that it has authorized about 60 million shares with about 55 million shares issued and outstanding. There was no or little change from last year's annual report.
