The auditor "news" was previously reported. And the debt "news" must have been a kick in the teeth for those who believed the company's prior statements about how the company was going to get out of paying that back, simply by issuing a relatively small number of shares.

So, not surprised that yesterday's PR failed to launch a rally.

I'd like to see an honest explanation of how the debt solution came about.
