Origin Agritech (SEED) announced that Origin CEO Dr. Bill Niebur has reported the purchase of 73,530 treasury shares from the Company for a total value of $100,000. The purchase transaction by Dr. Niebur was made on a private placement basis, and consummated on August 7, 2017, at a price of $1.36 per share.
