Closes DOWN over 17%! Given no near term catalyst and a ballooning float, expect this one day dive to be just the start of a downtrend. Management team sees retail holders/traders as nothing more than a dumping ground for worthless paper. Now that they have put in place the filings for the doubling of the share count, the Accum/Dist line will continue to dive which will only lead to lower and lower prices. Unfortunate for a company that has so many irons in the fire that they are willing to burn ANY investor so that they can continue operations. Great company prospect, TOXIC investment/trade. If someone could come in and take out this board/management team, things would look amazing..as it stands, complete garbage and inevitable triple OOOs coming up for a price. (I am sure they will execute a R/S, before it comes completely worthless)
