The diluters may be collected weekly lots of new shares to dump at 60% off of the recent lows, so they do not care.

Buyers are averaging down, and insiders may be loading up the cheap shares and selling at the ask, as they flip.

I just dropped my bid 50%.

Also I doubt the diluters are in the business of holding, they need to turn their cash over fast so they can make new loans.
