Ontario, CA--- (July 26, 2017) Kiwa Bio-Tech Products Group Corporation (OTCQB: KWBT) (“Kiwa Bio-Tech” or the “Company”), a Company focused on eco-friendly bio-based fertilizers promoting soil health, announced that the Company recently hosted a visit from several key leaders of four different companies at Kiwa Bio-Tech’s Shenzhen, China office. The focus of the visit was the proposed cooperation in promoting Kiwa’s special fertilizer for fruit trees in the planting bases of the members from Shenzhen Fruit Industry Association.

The list of leaders that visited the Company included Ms. Yali Xie, the Secretary General of Shenzhen Fruit Industry Association (“Association”), Ms. Xuping Zhao, the Party Secretary and Deputy General Manager of Shenzhen Fruit and Vegetable Trading Co., Ltd., Mr. Yong Pan, the General Manager of Shenzhen Yong Kee Fruit Co., Ltd., and Mr. Xiang Mi, the Vice President of Shekou sub-branch of Agricultural Bank of China.

Mr. Li, the founder of Kiwa Bio-Tech, introduced the history and business development planning of the corporation, and the biological organic fertilizer products. Ms. Xie showed great appreciation on Kiwa’s products. She emphasized that through its 110 members, the Association maintains a close relationship with fruit planting bases covering nearly 10 million mu (approximately 1.65 Million acres). Kiwa’s specialty fertilizer for fruit trees being promoted can enhance fruit quality and decrease the content of heavy metal and pesticide residue in the fruit. At the same time, the Kiwa’s specialty fertilizer can alleviate the issues of soil hardening and acid-base imbalance in fruit planting that is a major concern of fruit farmers.

Mr. Pan also showed great interest on bio-fertilizer products and the possibility of cooperating with Kiwa. Mr. Mi remarked that the Agricultural Bank of China would like to consider providing financial support for Kiwa.
