A total of 8 Pizza Fusion locations (six in the U.S. and three in Saudi Arabia). In July 2017, we anticipate an additional U.S. location opening on the campus of Old Dominion University in Virginia under our licensing agreement with Aramark Foods.

On February 20, 2017, the Company entered into a master development agreement whereby the Company granted exclusive rights to develop the Pizza Fusion brand in certain middle eastern countries. In connection with the agreement, the Company received $125,000 as initial fee and is scheduled to receive royalties as restaurants are developed.
