Looks like the EVTI Founder, Gannon Giguiere, is in trouble again - another lawsuit with another of his "app" companies. Among other things filed, these are just a few:

Another company Giguiere is involved with made (1) materially false and misleading statements about the Company’s compliance, operational and business policies. (2) Specifically they issued false and/or misleading statements and/or failed to disclose that: (3) that the Company was using advertising funds to promote the Company’s stock; (4) that the Company’s mobile app products were essentially worthless; (5) that the Company engaged in a series of transactions intended to enriching Gannon Giguiere at the expense of the investing public....

Etc.

That sounds just like their EVTI business plan as well.
