it means SDQ has to be primary end point, maybe also with madras as an adjuvant; didn't say anything about the cognitive score so assume they don't have that data yet.. that will also inform the next trial design..key plus from earlier trials was no typical depression drug side effects; if that remains with the full data set since SDQ is clearly efficacious it will be a successful product for someone.
