South Dakota July 2017 growth

http://apps.sd.gov/atg/dui247/247stats.htm

1481 up 37 participants
13010 up 376 tests administered

This was the third highest month for tests administered. June had 432 tests and May had 427 tests. I had posted after May's numbers that I wanted to see if it was an outlier or a trend was developing, and clearly, South Dakota has momentum.

Three months May June July 2017 1,235 tests administered

Three months May June July 2016 903 tests administered

That is 37 percent growth in a three month period versus a year ago.

Funny thing is that when they put out their shareholder letter in December, they will mostly be talking about 2016, at least in terms of numbers. I think we are so far ahead of the curve.

We know that most, if not all, counties are participating in the South Dakota, 24/7 program.

South Dakota is the most important of all the states.

I can tell you who leads the push but just knowing that State Attorney Generals, among others, are told to look at South Dakota, the statistical reductions in road fatalities, crashes, and injuries, as well as crime in general, all quantified, and for them to copy it, model it, for their test pilot counties, is very reassuring as a shareholder in this company.

The company cited Montana as a growing state, and to a larger extent, North Dakota. We have seen North Dakota "Growth in Drug Patch Applications" numbers.

I repeatedly speculate on Washington, Idaho and Wyoming as states with more and more counties going to this program. I do not know important a vendor PCHM is yet there, and of course the three new states literally just approved months ago Utah, Iowa and Arizona.

Can numbers potentially skyrocket? How long will it take?

Increase the dividend.
