O/S is about 12m a/o today so current cap lil higher than that. bases on 10q (including current solid balance sheet), recesnt develooments, business expansion and most important Market space and grow rate (as mentionedd on this presentation), OPTT heading to $200m+ market cap mid 2018 on conservative factors.imo
