The dude is a philanthropist .... and supports entrepreneurship ..... so maybe he thinks ZIVO can do something. WE KNOW THE ALGAE AND ITS EXTRACTS WORK. Known it for years.

Surely Yaldoo sold him on Zivo in order for him to agree to pony up $1.5 million. Good news from Nutriquest, continue Zoetis .... continue GRAS testing. Stuff does as described and has done so for a decade .... more diltution ... .stock adjusting downward as expected. Clueless mgmt. on getting the stock price up and keeping investors informed and actually showing progress .... so that there is interest and financing is not so damaging. So it is what it is.

Like I said .... probably see news here short term.
